Dear friends. When visiting Amsterdam you might get tempted to try some other drugs than just cannabis. Some people will try to sell you stuff in the streets or in bars or parties. You should of course always be very careful with this as in the last weeks it has been proven just how dangerous this can be.

In October this year, a 22 year-old Brit has been found dead in his hotel room after using what he thought was cocaine. It turned out to be white heroin. And last week another two British tourists have died from the same thing. White heroin is extremely dangerous and can easily be mistaken for cocaine as the two substances look alike. White heroin is pretty rare and is the most expensive heroine around. Unlike cocaine, white heroin calms you down and in bigger quantities just stops your heart totally.

Police in The Netherlands think that it is just one specific dealer that sells white heroin claiming that it is cocaine. At the moment big neon signs in the city warn tourists about the dangerous drug and a big police investigation is trying to find the rogue dealer and at least 17 people have needed medical treatment after taking white heroin, possibly believing it to be cocaine.

Please be smarter and stay away from any other drugs and remember that weed is all you need!
